Make this simple, creamy strawberry cheesecake dip without baking. It comes together fast and is perfect for serving with graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit at any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold (or substitute with 8 oz thawed whipped topping)
  • 1 cup strawberry topping or preserves
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, diced (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  2. In a separate, chilled bowl, whip the cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. If using thawed whipped topping, skip this step.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream (or whipped topping) into the cream cheese mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Gently fold in half of the strawberry topping to create a marbled effect. Do not fully mix in; keep some streaks for visual appeal.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Dollop the remaining strawberry topping over the top of the dip.
  6. If using, sprinkle the diced fresh strawberries over the top for garnish.
  7. Chill the dip for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow it to set slightly. Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels, or fruit slices.

Notes

  • For a thicker dip, chill the mixture for 30 minutes before serving.
  • If you need a quicker set time, you can chill the dip while you prepare your dippers.
  • Use good quality strawberry preserves for the best flavor.
