  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped, unsalted pistachios (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Measure the Chex cereal into a very large bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until the mixture is completely smooth. This usually takes 1.5 to 2 minutes total.
  3. Stir the vanilla extract and the entire package of pistachio instant pudding mix into the melted chocolate mixture until fully combined.
  4. Pour the chocolate-pistachio mixture over the Chex cereal in the large bowl. Gently fold the cereal until it is evenly coated.
