Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Line one baking sheet with parchment paper. Set the sheet aside.
  2. Combine the white chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Heat the mixture in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the chocolate and peanut butter are completely melted and smooth.
  4. Gently fold the mini pretzels and salted peanuts into the melted peanut butter mixture until all pieces are coated.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread it evenly using a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate the bark for 2 to 3 hours, or until it is firm.
  7. Break the set bark into pieces of your preferred size. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can substitute dark chocolate chips for the white chocolate chips.
  • If you want an extra salty finish, sprinkle a few flakes of sea salt over the top before chilling.
  • This bark sets faster if you place it in the freezer for 30 minutes instead of the refrigerator.
