1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Combine the sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder in a medium saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for exactly one minute without stirring once it boils.
Remove the saucepan from the heat immediately.
Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until fully melted and combined.
Quickly mix in the quick-cooking oats until they are evenly coated.
