Make the famous Neiman Marcus Dip, also known as the Million Dollar Dip. This cold, creamy, cheesy spread with bacon and almonds is a simple, no-bake crowd pleaser perfect for any party or game day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until completely smooth.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, toasted sliced almonds, and chopped green onions.
  3. Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Chilling allows the flavors to blend.
  6. Serve cold with crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • Toast the sliced almonds lightly in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until fragrant. Watch them closely to prevent burning.
  • You can prepare this dip up to 24 hours in advance. Keep it covered in the refrigerator.
  • For a richer flavor, use smoked bacon.
