1 (10 ounce) can Rotel, undrained (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix
Instructions
Place the softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl.
Add the entire can of Rotel (including the liquid) to the bowl.
Stir in the sour cream and the packet of taco seasoning mix.
Mix all ingredients together until they are completely combined and smooth.
