  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel, undrained (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add the entire can of Rotel (including the liquid) to the bowl.
  3. Stir in the sour cream and the packet of taco seasoning mix.
  4. Mix all ingredients together until they are completely combined and smooth.
  5. Fold in the shredded cheese.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  7. Chill the dip for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
