Make tender, flavorful steak bites effortlessly in your slow cooker. This recipe uses a simple garlic butter sauce for a juicy, set-it-and-forget-it weeknight dinner.

Instructions
Place the steak cubes into the basin of your slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt.
Pour the liquid mixture over the steak cubes in the slow cooker.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours, or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours, until the steak is tender.
About 30 minutes before serving, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Do not brown the garlic.
Pour the melted garlic butter over the steak bites in the slow cooker and stir gently to coat.
If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix the cornstarch and cold water in a small bowl to create a slurry. Stir the slurry into the slow cooker contents. Cook on HIGH for an additional 15 minutes, uncovered if possible, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve the crockpot steak bites hot, perhaps over mashed potatoes or rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can sear the steak cubes in a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes per side before adding them to the slow cooker.
If you do not have sirloin, chuck roast or round steak works well for slow cooking.
Taste the sauce before adding extra salt, as soy sauce is already high in sodium.
