Ingredients
Scale
1 (16 ounce) package shelf-stable or refrigerated gnocchi
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Place the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; work in batches if necessary.
Drizzle the gnocchi with olive oil and toss gently to coat.
Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the gnocchi.
Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time. The gnocchi should look golden brown and crispy.
Remove the basket from the air fryer. Immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot gnocchi and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately as a snack, side dish, or salad topper.
Notes
For extra crispiness, ensure the gnocchi are completely dry before tossing with oil.
You can use frozen gnocchi, but increase the cook time by 2 to 4 minutes.
Pair this crispy air fryer gnocchi with marinara sauce or pesto for dipping.
This recipe works well with cauliflower or sweet potato gnocchi variations.
