Create this easy, no-bake Boursin Bruschetta Dip for your next gathering. This recipe combines creamy Boursin cheese with fresh tomato bruschetta topping and a balsamic glaze for a quick, crowd-pleasing appetizer.

  • 2 packages (5 oz each) Boursin Garlic & Herb Cheese, softened
  • 5 Roma tomatoes, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze, plus extra for drizzling
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Crostini, crackers, or baguette slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. Allow the Boursin cheese to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes to soften slightly.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the diced Roma tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, and 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze. Season this mixture with salt and pepper. Stir gently to combine the bruschetta topping.
  3. Spread both softened packages of Boursin cheese evenly across the bottom of a shallow serving dish or pie plate.
  4. Spoon the tomato and basil mixture evenly over the layer of Boursin cheese.
  5. Drizzle the top generously with additional balsamic glaze.
  6. Garnish with reserved fresh basil leaves.
